Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
If there is an issue with payment or your shipping address, processing may take a little longer, and our team will reach out by email so your order is not delayed.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) are usually processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, are processed on the next business day, which may add one extra business day to your delivery time.

International
Delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors such as weather, customs, and carrier delays, which are outside our control.
We ship with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, Canada Post, Royal Mail, and Australia Post, and all orders include tracking.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
For international orders, local customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees (if applicable) are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing times and any additional charges are determined by your local authorities, and Aleaf Labs cannot guarantee or control these timelines.
If a shipment is marked as Delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please first check with your household, building management, or neighbors and then contact the carrier to open an investigation.
While Aleaf Labs is not responsible for packages after they are scanned as delivered, our support team will always do its best to help you troubleshoot.
