Urinary Tract Supplements
Two licences · Two different people
Urinary trouble is not one problem, so these are not one product.
A woman whose UTIs keep coming back and a man who cannot empty his bladder properly are describing two different conditions with two different causes. Most of the shelf treats them as the same aisle. Health Canada does not, and neither do we — the two formulas here are licensed for different people and different purposes.
So let us be blunt about it: neither of these is a substitute for the other, and neither is a substitute for a doctor. Buying the wrong one is worse than buying nothing.
If your UTIs keep coming back
Cranberry + D-Mannose
“Helps prevent (recurrent) urinary tract infections (UTIs) in women.”
The licensed wording — and note who it names. This licence covers women. We are not going to stretch it further than that.
It pairs cranberry proanthocyanidins with D-mannose: two ingredients working on the same problem by different routes. If the pattern is recurrent rather than occasional, that pattern itself is worth raising with your doctor, whatever you decide to take alongside it.
If you are a man over 40 and the flow has changed
Complete Prostate Health
“Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve the urologic symptoms — weak urine flow, incomplete voiding, frequent daytime and night-time urination — associated with mild to moderate benign prostatic hyperplasia.”
The licensed wording. Not our summary of it.
In men past 40, a weak or stop-start stream is more often a prostate matter than a bladder one. That distinction is the whole reason this formula and the one above are not interchangeable.
When to call your doctor instead of ordering anything
Some urinary symptoms need assessment, not a supplement. Please do not wait on any of these:
- Blood in the urine
- Fever with back or flank pain
- Sudden inability to urinate at all
- A rapid change in symptoms over days rather than months
Ninety Days. And You Keep The Bottles.
Take it daily, finish what you ordered, and then decide. If it did nothing for you, email us with your order number inside ninety days of delivery and we refund the purchase price. There is nothing to mail back, no return shipping, and not “unopened only.” Whatever is left in the bottle is yours to keep.
P.S. We would rather send you to your doctor and lose the sale than sell a woman’s formula to a man, or either one to somebody whose symptoms belong in a clinic. Both NPNs above are public record — you can look either up in Health Canada’s Licensed Natural Health Products Database and read the authorized use in full.
