Cancellation policy

Aleaf Labs offers two ways to buy: a one-time purchase, or a Subscribe & Save subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. This policy explains how each works and how to cancel.
1. Purchase Options
You choose your option on each product page before adding the item to your cart.
1.1 One-Time Purchase
A one-time purchase is a single order billed once. No recurring charges are created, and nothing renews automatically. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
1.2 Subscribe & Save
A subscription is a recurring order at a discount on every delivery. When you choose it, you are enrolling in automatic recurring billing and delivery until you cancel. Your delivery schedule is matched to your order size, so a new shipment arrives as your current supply runs out:

Bundles are already priced below three single bottles; the 15% applies on top of that. Current one-time and subscription prices are shown on each product page, and the price shown at checkout governs your order.
Before you complete a subscription purchase, the product page and checkout show the price of each recurring order, the delivery interval, the discount applied, and that the subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
1.3 Billing
First order. You are charged when you place your first subscription order.
Renewals. You are charged on each renewal date at the subscription price in effect at that time, using the payment method saved to your subscription. We send a reminder email before each renewal.
Price changes. If your subscription price changes, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, so you can cancel or change your subscription first. Price changes never apply to orders already billed.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we will try your payment method again and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected after 3 attempts, your subscription is paused. Nothing ships until payment goes through.
No commitment. There is no minimum number of orders. You may cancel at any time (see section 3).
1.4 Promotions
Where a promotion adds a free bottle to a later shipment, you need to still be an active subscriber on the date that shipment goes out. Cancel before then and the bonus does not apply. The subscriber discount itself is not affected.
1.5 Managing Your Subscription
You can skip, pause, reschedule, change products, update your payment method or address, or cancel at any time from your customer account:
- Log in at aleaflabs.com/account
- Open Manage Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to change
Or email support@aleaflabs.com, or reply to any order email, and we will make the change for you. Changes made before a renewal date apply to that upcoming order; changes made after an order has been billed apply to the following order.
2. Cancelling a One-Time Order
Before it ships. You may cancel at no cost for a full refund. Email support@aleaflabs.com with your order number as soon as possible; we process orders quickly.
After it ships. The order can no longer be cancelled, but it is still covered by the guarantee in our Refund Policy.
3. Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum commitment, no cancellation fee and no penalty.
3.1 How to Cancel
Choose whichever is easiest:
- Online: log in at aleaflabs.com/account → Manage Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription
- Email: send a cancellation request to support@aleaflabs.com from the email address on your account, including your order number, or reply to any order email
We will confirm your cancellation by email. If you do not receive confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us — your cancellation is not complete until you receive it.
3.2 Timing
To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel at least 1 day before your scheduled renewal date. Your renewal date is shown in your account and in every renewal reminder email.
- Cancelled before a renewal is billed: no further charges, and nothing ships.
- Cancelled after a renewal is billed: that order is already paid and will ship, and nothing is charged after it.
- Charged or shipped after you cancelled: tell us and we will refund that order in full.
Cancelling ends future billing. It does not refund an order already billed before you cancelled — for that, see our Refund Policy.
4. Refunds and Guarantee
Your first shipment of Complete Prostate Health, Testosterone Booster or Cranberry + D-Mannose is covered by our 90-Day Keep-The-Bottles Guarantee: email us within 90 days of delivery and we refund the purchase price, with nothing to send back. Other products carry a 30-day empty-bottle guarantee.

5. Shipping
Subscription orders ship on the same terms as one-time orders. In Canada, standard shipping is free on orders of $44.99 or more and $12.00 otherwise. Rates for the United States and other countries are in our Shipping Policy.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact support@aleaflabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.
7. Health and Safety Notice
Aleaf Labs products are Natural Health Products licensed by Health Canada and identified by a Natural Product Number (NPN). Always read and follow the label. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use, particularly if you are taking medication or have a medical condition.

This policy applies to purchases made through aleaflabs.com. Nothing in it limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation. We may update it from time to time; the version posted here when you place an order governs that order.
