Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after placement, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If there is an issue with payment or the shipping address provided, processing may take additional time. In such cases, our team will contact you by email to help prevent delays.
Order cutoff time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are usually processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, are processed on the next business day. This may add one additional business day to your total delivery time.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and may vary due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Carriers, tracking, and customs
We ship with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, Canada Post, Royal Mail, and Australia Post. All orders include tracking.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Customs clearance times may also vary by country and are outside of our control.
Delivered, lost, or missing packages
If a shipment is marked as Delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, building management, or neighbors, and then contact the carrier to begin an investigation.
While Aleaf Labs is not responsible for packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier, our support team will always do its best to help you troubleshoot the issue.
