Shipping policy

Aleaf Labs ships from Canada to Canada, the United States and 26 other countries. Every order includes tracking.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Order cutoff. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
Payment or address issues. If there is a problem with your payment or shipping address, processing may take longer. We will email you to sort it out quickly.
2. Shipping Rates
All rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are confirmed at checkout.

2.3 Other Countries
We also ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. Rates for these destinations are calculated by Canada Post at checkout, based on destination and parcel weight.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Weather, customs processing and carrier delays can add time.
4. Carriers and Tracking
We ship from Canada with Canada Post and other trusted carriers. Outside Canada, final delivery is often handled by your national postal service.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside Canada, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by local authorities are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Customs clearance times vary by country and are outside our control.
6. Delivered, Lost or Missing Packages
If a shipment is marked Delivered by the carrier but you cannot find it, please check with household members, building management or neighbours, then contact the carrier to open an investigation.
Aleaf Labs is not responsible for packages after the carrier marks them delivered, but our support team will always do its best to help you resolve the issue.
