At Aleaf Labs, we stand behind our products with a straightforward 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This policy outlines eligibility, processes, and exclusions to ensure clarity and fairness.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Timeframe: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Requests after this period are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Condition:
    • Unopened items: Must be unused, in original packaging with all seals intact.
    • Opened items: Refunds granted for dissatisfaction within 30 days (return shipping covered by customer).
  • Proof: Valid order confirmation or receipt required.

Non-Refundable Items and Exceptions

Full refunds granted for:

  • Manufacturing defects or shipping damage (report within 7 days with photos)
  • Unsatisfactory product (opened or unopened, within 30 days)

Not eligible:

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Returns received >30 days post-delivery

Refund Process

  1. Initiate Request: Email returns@aleaflabs.com with order number, reason, and photos if applicable.
  2. Approval: Returns department reviews within 2-3 business days and issues return instructions (including RMA number).
  3. Return Shipment: Customer pays all return shipping costs (including for opened dissatisfaction returns). Original shipping non-refundable.
  4. Inspection: Items inspected upon receipt (3-5 business days). You receive email confirmation of approval/rejection.
  5. Processing: Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 10 business days.

Late, Lost, or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically post within 3-10 days depending on your financial institution. If not received:

  1. Verify bank/credit card statement
  2. Contact card issuer (processing delays common)
  3. Confirm with bank
  4. Contact us at returns@aleaflabs.com

Shipping Considerations

  • Customer Responsibility: You bear all return shipping costs and risk of loss during transit (including opened item dissatisfaction returns).
  • Tracking Recommended: For high-value orders, use trackable service/insurance. Non-receipt absolves Aleaf Labs of liability.
  • International Returns: Customer assumes customs/duties; additional shipping times apply.

Exchanges

Exchanges limited to same item for manufacturing defects only, subject to availability and approval.
