The Empty-Bottle Guarantee

Most supplement guarantees quietly require the product to be unopened. Ours requires the opposite. We ask you to take the product as directed and finish it — and then decide. Opened and fully consumed product is expressly eligible for a refund.

The window depends on how long the formula needs to be judged fairly:

• Testosterone Booster — 90 days. Botanical testosterone support compounds over roughly three months, so we give you all three.
• Complete Prostate Health — 30 days. One bottle is exactly a 30-day course at two capsules daily.
• Cranberry + D-Mannose — 30 days. One bottle is exactly a 30-day course at two capsules daily.

Eligibility

• Purchase formats covered: single bottles, multi-bottle bundles and subscription orders.
• Timeframe: Your refund request must be submitted within the applicable window above, measured from the delivery date of your final bottle. Requests after this period are not eligible.
• Condition: Return the empty bottle(s). Partially used bottles are also accepted. Unlike a standard return, opened and consumed product is eligible — that is the point of the guarantee.
• Proof: Valid order number or order confirmation required.
• Limit: This guarantee may be claimed once per customer or household.

What you receive

• A full refund of the purchase price of the returned bottles, issued to your original payment method.
• Bundle and subscription orders are refunded at the price actually paid for the bottles returned.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping

• The customer pays all return shipping costs for the empty bottles and bears the risk of loss in transit.
• We recommend a trackable service. Aleaf Labs cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive.

How to claim

1. Email returns@aleaflabs.com with your order number and a brief note on your experience.
2. Approval: Our returns department reviews within 2–3 business days and issues return instructions including an RMA number.
3. Ship the empties to the address provided, at your cost, with the RMA number marked on the parcel.
4. Inspection: Bottles are checked on receipt (3–5 business days). You receive email confirmation either way.
5. Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Unopened Returns

If you simply changed your mind and haven't started the product, you don't need to use the Empty-Bottle Guarantee. Unopened items in original packaging with all seals intact may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Orders

Manufacturing defects and shipping damage are covered on every product regardless of which guarantee applies. Report within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you, including return shipping where a return is required.

Not eligible: items damaged through customer mishandling, and returns received after the applicable window has closed.

Terms That Apply to All Returns

Late, Lost, or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically post within 3–10 days depending on your financial institution. If not received:

1. Verify your bank or credit card statement
2. Contact your card issuer (processing delays are common)
3. Confirm with your bank
4. Contact us at returns@aleaflabs.com

Shipping Considerations

• Customer Responsibility: Except where an order is damaged or defective, you bear all return shipping costs and the risk of loss during transit.
• Tracking Recommended: For high-value orders, use a trackable service with insurance. Non-receipt absolves Aleaf Labs of liability.
• International Returns: Customer assumes customs and duties; additional shipping times apply.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are covered by the guarantee applicable to the product ordered. To pause, skip or cancel future shipments, see our Cancellation Policy. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself constitute a refund request.

Bonus bottle: where a promotional free bottle has been supplied with a subscription shipment, a refund claim covering that shipment requires the bonus bottle to be returned or its value deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are limited to the same item for manufacturing defects only, subject to availability and approval.
