Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). If there's an issue with payment or your shipping address, processing may take a little longer and our team will reach out by email.
Order cutoff time (EST)
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by weather, customs, and carrier delays outside our control.
Carriers, tracking & international fees
We ship with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, Canada Post, Royal Mail, and Australia Post, and all orders include tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order ships.
For international orders, local customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees (if applicable) are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivered, lost, or missing packages
If a shipment is marked Delivered but you can't locate it, please check with your household, building management, or neighbors, then contact the carrier to open an investigation. Aleaf Labs is not responsible for packages after they're scanned as delivered, but our support team will always do its best to help.
