Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Aleaf Labs Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation organized under the laws of Ontario, Canada, and you ("User," "you," or "your"), a visitor or customer of this website.

Article 1: Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing, browsing, or using this site, including placing orders for Products, you affirmatively accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws.

1.2 You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter this Agreement.

1.3 Company may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on the Site.

Article 2: Orders, Payments, and Transactions

2.1 All orders are offers to purchase. Company reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including pricing errors, fraud suspicion, product unavailability, or compliance issues.

2.2 All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping, and are subject to change without notice.

2.3 Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways. You authorize Company to charge your payment method for all charges incurred.

2.4 Order acceptance occurs upon email confirmation. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to carrier.

Article 3: Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

3.1 Delivery estimates are provided; actual times vary by carrier and location.

3.2 Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund (shipping non-refundable). Opened products are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects — contact support@aleaflabs.com within 7 days.

3.3 Report damaged or defective items within 7 days with photos. Products are sold "as is" except as expressly stated.

Article 4: Product Disclaimers and Health Warnings

4.1 Our products are dietary supplements licensed under Canada's Natural Health Products Regulations (NHPR) with Natural Product Numbers (NPN). Labels reflect Health Canada-authorized claims only. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4.2 Statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. FDA. Consult a healthcare provider before use if pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

4.3 Products may contain or be processed alongside allergens (e.g. soy, gluten, nuts). Products are third-party tested for contaminants.

Article 5: Intellectual Property

5.1 All site content, trademarks, logos, and materials are the exclusive property of Aleaf Labs Inc. or its licensors.

5.2 You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.

Article 6: Limitation of Liability

6.1 Except as required by law, the site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6.2 Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in dispute.

Article 7: Governing Law

7.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes should first be raised informally at support@aleaflabs.com within 30 days.
