Up three or four times a night? Here is what the licence actually says.

The four symptoms below are named on the licence itself, not by us. Health Canada reviewed this exact formula at these exact doses and licensed it to say: “Helps relieve the urologic symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia.” Nearly every other bottle on the shelf says “supports healthy prostate function,” because that is all it is permitted to say.

Complete Prostate Health · 60 capsules · two a day · six actives, every milligram printed on the label.

The four symptoms named on the licence · NPN 80087894
🌙Helps relieve frequent night-time urination
💧Helps relieve weak urine flow
✅Helps relieve incomplete voiding
🕐Helps relieve frequent daytime urination

We did not write those four. Health Canada did, after reviewing six actives at the doses printed on this label. That is the difference between a licence and a slogan.

The change has been incredible

“I’m writing this as a very grateful daughter. My dad has struggled with prostate issues for a while, and nothing really seemed to help until he started taking Complete Prostate Health. The change has been incredible. He’s finally sleeping through the night without constantly waking up to use the bathroom, and during the day he doesn’t need to go nearly as often. He actually told me, “I can’t remember the last time I slept this well. ” That alone makes this product worth it. He’s feeling more rested, more energetic, and just seems happier overall. He even asked me to order him a year’s supply because he’s worried it might sell out. Seeing him so much more comfortable and back to himself again means everything. I honestly couldn’t recommend this more.”

Started working in 2 weeks.

“I bought this for my husband after he started having trouble with frequent bathroom trips. By the second week he was going less often, especially at night. He's much happier as am I.”

This is the part most prostate pages skip

You know where every bathroom is between here and anywhere you drive

It started as one trip a night. Now it’s three, sometimes four. You stopped drinking anything after seven o’clock. You stand there waiting for something that used to just happen, and when it finally does, it stops and starts. You take the aisle seat without thinking about it any more. You plan the drive around the one place you know has a clean washroom at the halfway mark.

And you have already tried to fix it. You bought saw palmetto on its own, because that is what every article told you to buy, and it was not enough. Somewhere in the cupboard there is a bottle from a marketplace listing with four-and-a-half stars and the words proprietary blend on the back — you finished the whole thing without ever finding out how much of anything was in it. Your doctor checked your PSA, said it looked fine, and told you to keep an eye on it.

So you have been keeping an eye on it. For about two years now. While it quietly took over your sleep, your calendar and the seat you choose in a room.

A dark bedroom at 3:14 a.m.: a red alarm clock, a glass of water and reading glasses on a book beside an unmade bed
3:14 a.m., the second trip tonight. Whatever is in your cupboard for this right now, turn the bottle around. Ours prints every active and every milligram on the back.

You’re not old. You’re exhausted — and a gland the size of a walnut is running your household.

Your wife wakes up every time you do and has stopped mentioning it, which is somehow worse. Your son has started asking whether you’re all right. You are all right. You are simply tired of being managed by something you cannot see, and tired of buying bottles that turn out to be someone’s marketing department rather than someone’s formulation.

What the research on pygeum found, printed with its limits

A Cochrane review pooled 18 placebo-controlled trials of pygeum extract in 1,562 men with BPH. These are its three headline figures — for the ingredient, not this finished bottle. We say so on every card, because you have been sold to before.
−19%
Night-time urination
Across the 18 trials, pygeum extract reduced nocturia — getting up at night to urinate — by 19%. Ingredient research, not a study of this product.*
Licensed symptom: frequent night-time urination
+23%
Peak urine flow
The same review found peak urine flow increased by 23% — a measured stream, not a feeling. Ingredient research, not a study of this product.*
Licensed symptom: weak urine flow
−24%
Urine left behind
Residual urine volume — what stays in the bladder after you finish — fell by 24%. Ingredient research, not a study of this product.*
Licensed symptom: incomplete voiding
*Source: Wilt T, Ishani A, et al. Pygeum africanum for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, 2002 (CD001044). The trials were small and short (about nine weeks on average) and used varied doses and preparations, most at a higher daily amount of pygeum than ours (25 mg per capsule, 50 mg a day). Individual results vary; these figures describe ingredient research, not a guaranteed outcome.

Before we sell you anything, put a number on it. Urologists do not work from “a bit slow lately” either — they use seven questions and a score out of thirty-five. It takes a minute, there is no email, and nothing leaves your browser. Whatever you decide about the bottle, that number is the only honest way to judge, ninety nights from now, whether anything actually changed.

Scoring updates as you go. Nothing is saved, sent or stored — this runs entirely in your browser.

This is the International Prostate Symptom Score, the same seven questions urologists use to measure symptom severity. It measures symptoms. It does not diagnose the cause. Prostate cancer, infection, bladder stones and neurological bladder problems all produce these same symptoms, and none of them respond to a supplement. Take your score to a doctor — and if you see blood in your urine, have pain or fever, or cannot pass urine at all, that warrants medical attention today, not an order.

The parts most supplement pages leave out

Everything we know about this formula, including what does not flatter it

Below this line: how six actives split three jobs, what every milligram is and why the extract ratio matters more than the number, the closest thing to real-world evidence we have with its limits printed beside it, four unedited reviews, and an ingredient-by-ingredient comparison against the biggest brand on the shelf.

It also includes the Cochrane evidence that argues against saw palmetto, the trial on pumpkin seed that missed its endpoint, and a list of the men this product is not for. We would rather you read those here than find them later.

26Weeks Tracked

In a 26-week real-world evaluation, 12 urologists each transitioned 10 patients (120 total) who had not achieved symptomatic relief on another brand onto Complete Prostate Health. After 26 weeks, 9 in 10 chose to continue, citing symptomatic improvement — including fewer nighttime bathroom trips.*

Being straight with you about that number: it is twelve doctors and one observational program. It is not a poll of the profession, not a nationwide endorsement, and not a randomized controlled trial. We would rather show you the count than hide behind an adjective — and the reason we can afford to tell you exactly how small it is, is that the claim we actually stand on is not this one. It is the licence.

What you are actually choosing between

Four options. You have already tried two of them.

The $19 bottle. Most men reading this have already bought it, usually twice. No milligrams printed anywhere, no Canadian licence number, and saw palmetto at a fraction of the dose used in the research — you cannot tell which, because the label is designed so you cannot. Two or three of those across a year is sixty dollars that bought a year of exactly the same broken sleep. That is what makes cheap the most expensive thing in this aisle.

Another year of waiting. This is the option most men actually pick, and it is the only one on the list guaranteed to change nothing. At three trips a night it is about eleven hundred interruptions, a year of choosing driving routes around washrooms, a year of the aisle seat, and a year of your wife waking up every time you do. It is not free. It simply does not have a price tag on it, which is exactly why it keeps winning.

A man in his late fifties checking his watch as he walks from his car to a roadside gas station at dusk
The halfway stop you plan every drive around. That is a year of the same nights, and it does not have a price tag on it.

A proper conversation with your doctor. Take this one. Not instead of the others — before them. Prostate cancer, infection, bladder stones and neurological bladder problems produce these same symptoms and none of them respond to a botanical, so somebody has to rule them out, and it is not us. If a prescription is the right answer for you, that is a matter for you and your practitioner, and nothing on this page is an argument against it. We wrote the “What To Ask Your Urologist” guide precisely so that appointment goes better.*

Take your score and your questions in with you. The appointment goes faster than you think, and this is the option to take first.

And this. Six actives, every milligram printed, licensed by Health Canada for the urologic symptoms of an enlarged prostate. It is the only option on the list where being wrong costs you nothing.

You have just priced the year. Now price the alternative.

Eleven hundred interruptions on one side. $1.15 a night on the other. Twenty-six weeks is what convinced the twelve doctors above; we are asking you for rather less than that.

The BPH claim most prostate supplements cannot print

“Helps relieve urologic symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia”

Read it once more, and notice what it names. Not “prostate support.” Not “healthy urinary function.” A condition — benign prostatic hyperplasia, the enlarged prostate that is very likely behind your 2 a.m. trips, your weak stream and that never-quite-finished feeling.

Health Canada licensed it for this product under NPN 80087894, after reviewing the evidence for these six ingredients at these doses. Vague wording is what a company reaches for when it has nothing licensed to point at. We have the number, so we print the number — and you can look it up before you spend a dollar.

That is the difference between a regulator and a marketing department, and it is the single most useful thing on this page. Everything else here you are being asked to weigh. This one you can verify.

Licensed for the urologic symptoms of BPH. Not a treatment for prostate cancer, infection, bladder stones or any other cause of urinary symptoms — get assessed by a doctor first.*

Turn the bottle around. This is what you will find.

Every dose printed. Nothing hidden in a blend.

Saw Palmetto (10:1)

Proprietary Blends
There is not one on this bottle. Every active, every milligram, every extract ratio is on the back panel where you can read it and compare it against anything else on the shelf.

Six actives, three jobs, every milligram printed

The six actives, and why each one is in the capsule

Here is what is actually happening, in the plainest words we can put it in. No diagrams, no invented pathway names — just the three jobs six ingredients are in this capsule to do. Every figure below is per capsule, exactly as the label prints it; you take two a day.

Job one · the lead

Saw palmetto

200 mg · 10:1 extract · per capsule

An enlarged prostate presses on the tube it surrounds, and that pressure is what your nights are made of.

Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) is the most-researched botanical in men’s prostate health, and it is the reason this formula is built the way it is. It sits at the centre of a formula licensed to help relieve the urologic symptoms of BPH, and it is the ingredient with the most published research behind it.*

Why the form matters more than the number: a bottle boasting 1,000 mg of milled saw palmetto berry is not giving you five times what we are. Ours is a 10:1 concentrated extract — ten parts raw material reduced to one. That ratio is printed on our label and is missing from most of the shelf, and it is the single most useful thing to check on any bottle you are comparing this against.*

  • Helps relieve the urologic symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia*
  • Helps promote comfortable, consistent urine flow*
  • 10:1 extract ratio printed on the label, not hidden in a blend
A man in his sixties and his wife asleep at first light, an old golden retriever asleep at the foot of the bed
First light, and nobody in the house was woken — not even the dog. Saw palmetto leads a formula licensed to help relieve the urologic symptoms of BPH, including getting up at night. Illustrative photograph. Individual results vary.

Three periods, a large coffee, and a seat in a packed row. Nettle, pygeum and pumpkin are in the formula for the stream itself. Illustrative photograph. Individual results vary.
Job two · the stream

Urinary flow support

The three actives in here for the stream itself — the weak flow, the incomplete voiding, the stopping and starting. Benefit first, then the dose and the form, because the form is where most labels quietly fall apart.*

  • Helps relieve the urologic symptoms of mild to moderate BPH.* — Stinging Nettle, 80 mg, herb top at 10:1. Why the form matters: 10:1 means ten parts raw material reduced to one. A label printing “nettle 800 mg” with no ratio is usually telling you about powder, not concentrate.
  • Helps support a fuller, more complete stream.* — Pygeum (Red Stinkwood), 25 mg at 2.5:1, standardized to 13% phytosterols. Why the form matters: the phytosterol percentage is what every pygeum study is actually about. If a bottle does not print the percentage, it is not telling you the thing that counts.
  • Adds plant sterols alongside the two above.* — Pumpkin Fruit, 50 mg. Why the dose matters: this one is support, not a driver, and it is dosed and positioned as support. That is why it is fourth on our label rather than on the front of the bottle.
Job three · the finish

Zinc and citrus bioflavonoids

A mineral and a flavonoid to finish the formula — the two ingredients that make this a complete prostate formula rather than a herb blend, and the two a cheap bottle drops first.*

  • A supporting ingredient, with its dose on the label. — Citrus Bioflavonoids, 30 mg. Why the dose matters: this is a readable number on a back panel, not a pinch inside a “proprietary antioxidant complex” you are not allowed to see.
  • An essential mineral, at a real amount. — Zinc, 15 mg. Why the dose matters: zinc is an essential mineral found in high concentration in prostate tissue, and fifteen milligrams a capsule (thirty a day) is a real amount rather than the trace sprinkle that lets a label list it without paying for it.
  • Every figure above is per capsule, exactly as the label prints it. You take two a day with food, so your daily intake is double: 400 mg saw palmetto, 30 mg zinc, and so on down the list. No “amount per 3 capsules” footnote set in six-point type.
A man fishing alone from a small aluminium boat on a misty lake, an envelope beside him reading 5 bass, 3 pike
Five bass, three pike, and a whole morning a long way from the dock. Zinc and citrus bioflavonoids finish a formula licensed to help relieve the urologic symptoms of BPH. Illustrative photograph. Individual results vary.

Pulling one lever and hoping is the commonest reason a man gives up on a prostate formula by week six. He did not buy the wrong herb. He bought one third of a formula. That is the entire design argument for this one.

How Aleaf Labs started

We read 40 labels. Every one of them was hiding something.

So we stopped shopping and started formulating.

Anyone who has stood in the supplement aisle turning a bottle over to read the back knows the moment we’re describing.

You find the ingredient you came for. Saw palmetto. It’s right there on the front of the bottle, in big letters. Then you turn it around, and instead of a number, you find two words: Proprietary Blend.

Which means: there is some saw palmetto in here, and we would prefer not to say how much.

There’s only one reason a company writes that. If the dose were impressive, they’d print it. Proprietary blends don’t protect formulas. They protect margins.

What we found when we actually checked

Before we made anything, we bought what was already on the shelf — drugstore brands, big-box brands, the ones with the best Amazon rankings. Forty-some bottles. Here’s the pattern:

  • The hero ingredient was on the front. The dose was nowhere.
  • Where doses were disclosed, they were frequently a fraction of what the published research used.
  • “Standardized extract” often wasn’t — no standardization percentage listed anywhere.
  • Most were imported, with no Canadian licence number on the label at all.
A desk covered with supplement bottles, a legal pad of notes and reading glasses under a lamp
Before we made anything, we bought what was on the shelf and read the back of every bottle. That is where this formula started.

That last one matters more than people realize. In Canada, a natural health product is supposed to carry an NPN — a Natural Product Number issued by Health Canada. It means the formula was reviewed, and it is the reason a licensed product is permitted to name a condition instead of hiding behind “supports healthy function.” A surprising number of bottles sold here don’t have one.

So we built the one we couldn’t find

Complete Prostate Health is six ingredients. Not thirty. Six. Every one of them is disclosed at full dose on the label, standardized where standardization exists, and chosen because there’s published human research behind it — not because it looked good on a label.

Turn our bottle around. Everything is on the back. That was the entire point.

Do not take our word for any of it

Check us. Here is where to look.

Prostate formulas are easy to make and hard to make well. Most cut corners on dose. This one is built the other way: six evidence-based actives, fully disclosed, dosed to reflect the research, and licensed by Health Canada for the urologic symptoms of BPH. You should not have to take any of that on our say-so — so here is the paperwork, including the parts that argue against us.*

A man's hand holding a bottle of Complete Prostate Health, front label showing NPN 80087894 and the licensed claim
NPN 80087894 is printed on the front of every bottle. It means Health Canada reviewed this formula, at these doses, before it allowed the claim printed beneath it.
Straight Talk

Who this is for — and who it is not

This is for you if:

  • You are a man over 45 with ordinary age-related prostate enlargement, and a doctor has already looked at it.
  • Your complaint is the nights, the weak stream, the never-quite-finished feeling, or going again by mid-morning — the four symptoms named on the licence.
  • You have tried a single-herb bottle or a proprietary blend and want to know exactly what you are taking this time.
  • You will actually take two capsules a day, every day, for at least two months before you decide anything.

This is not for you if:

  • ✗Your symptoms have not been assessed by a doctor. Prostate cancer, infection, bladder stones and neurological bladder problems can look exactly like this, and none of them respond to a botanical. Blood in the urine, pain, fever, or an inability to pass urine at all mean see someone today, not order a supplement.
  • ✗You want to feel something by the weekend. Saw palmetto works on a timescale of weeks, not days. That is the reason we stopped offering a thirty-day guarantee on it.
  • ✗You take prescription medication — blood thinners, alpha-blockers, 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors in particular — and have not spoken to your practitioner about adding this. Speak to them first.
  • ✗You are looking for something to take instead of seeing your doctor. Buying a supplement rather than getting examined is the single worst trade a man in his sixties can make, and we would rather lose the sale than be part of it.

If the second list is you, keep your money. We are not going to pretend this is for everybody, and the fact that we are willing to say so is the most useful thing on this page.*

“
If you are over 45 and up half the night, you do not need another underdosed multivitamin with a prostate on the front. You need prostate-specific botanicals at doses that reflect the research, taken every day. Give it a consistent ninety days and judge it on your own score, not on how you feel in week two.*
— Quinn Avery, Founder

The arithmetic nobody prints on the label

A dollar thirty-six a day, against a year of this

$1.93per day on one bottle — two capsules, thirty days
$1.36per day on the 90-night supply — less than a large coffee
1,095times you will get up in the night over the next year at three trips a night

The third number is the one worth sitting with, because it is the only one on this page you are already paying. Eleven hundred interruptions is what the next twelve months look like if nothing changes — and nothing changes by itself. That is not a scare tactic; it is arithmetic on a number you gave us.

Set against that, a dollar thirty-six is not really the question. The question is whether it works for you, and the guarantee below is how you find out without risking the money.

In fairness, because a one-sided table is worth nothing to you: beta-sitosterol has genuine Cochrane-level evidence on its own — four placebo-controlled trials, 519 men, a 4.9-point mean improvement in symptom score. We are not going to pretend otherwise, and that is exactly why we did not build a one-ingredient product around it and charge you for the privilege. Beta-sitosterol is one lever. You are getting it here from three sources at once and five other actives alongside it, because one lever on its own is the commonest reason a man quits a prostate formula by week six. Lycopene and reishi are legitimate inclusions with earlier-stage research behind them.

And our own pumpkin fruit is the weakest link in this formula: GRANU, the largest trial of it, missed its primary endpoint. It missed it testing pumpkin seed on its own — and we do not sell pumpkin seed on its own. It is in here as support, not as a driver, which is precisely why it is the fourth thing on the label rather than the first. If you can find another company in this aisle willing to print the trial that did not go its way, you have found another company that actually read it.

Six actives, every milligram printed on the label. Left to right, per capsule: 200 mg saw palmetto (10:1), 80 mg stinging nettle, 25 mg pygeum, 50 mg pumpkin fruit, 30 mg citrus bioflavonoids, 15 mg zinc. Hold any other bottle next to that list.

Why it is $57.99 and not $64.99. $64.99 is what this bottle costs when it goes through a store. That price has to carry a distributor, a retailer’s margin, and the fee brands pay to sit at eye level on the shelf you walk past — and not one of those three puts a single milligram into the capsule. We ship it direct from Canada instead. Same bottle, same six actives, same NPN, minus the middle. That difference is the seven dollars, and that is the whole reason. It is not a countdown, it is not a flash sale, and there is no invented original price underneath it.

“What to ask your urologist”

The What To Ask Your Urologist PDF guide open on a tablet, beside reading glasses, a pen and an appointment card
The guide as it arrives: a PDF emailed with your order confirmation, yours to keep even if you ask for a refund.

The most useful thing we can give you is not in the bottle. The average consultation is about eleven minutes, and most men spend them saying “it’s fine, just a bit slow” — after which the notes read mild symptoms and nothing changes for another year. This is the short guide we wrote so that does not happen to you:

  • The seven questions that change what your doctor tests for
  • What a PSA number does and does not tell you — and what to ask next
  • How to describe your symptoms so they are recorded accurately
  • The red flags that mean today, not next month
  • How to raise a supplement without being politely waved off

Emailed with your order confirmation. We do not sell it separately, and you keep it even if you ask for your money back.

“Almost immediately the urgent need to pee was reduced dramatically. Very impressive.”

— D.T., Manitoba · confirmed order · one man’s experience — botanicals usually take weeks, which is why you get ninety nights.

Licensed by Health Canada as a Natural Health Product, NPN 80087894. Not a treatment for prostate cancer, infection, bladder stones or any other cause of urinary symptoms. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a prostate condition, are taking medication, or if symptoms persist or worsen.

The questions men actually ask before they order

Straight answers, including the ones that cost us sales

Is this actually different from what I’ve already tried?
Yes, and here is the difference in one line: you can read this one. Most prostate bottles hide behind a proprietary blend, which means there is some saw palmetto in there and the company would rather not say how much. Every milligram of all six actives is printed on our label — 200 mg of 10:1 saw palmetto, 80 mg stinging nettle, 50 mg pumpkin fruit, 30 mg citrus bioflavonoids, 25 mg pygeum at 13% phytosterols, 15 mg zinc. And the finished formula carries a Health Canada licence, which is what permits it to name the condition rather than mumble about “healthy function.” If the bottle in your cupboard does neither of those things, this is not the same category of purchase.*
Is there real science behind this, or is it just good marketing?
Both halves of that question deserve a straight answer, so here is ours. The science is on the ingredients and their standardized extracts, not on the finished bottle — no natural health product this size runs its own randomized trial, and any company implying otherwise is selling you something. What Health Canada reviewed is this combination at these doses against the published evidence, and what it licensed is a named condition. We also publish the parts that do not flatter us: the comparison above includes the Cochrane evidence against saw palmetto and the GRANU trial on pumpkin seed that missed its primary endpoint. A marketing department does not volunteer those.*
Is it safe to take with my medication and my other conditions?
That is a question for your practitioner, and we would rather say so plainly than reassure you and be wrong. Speak to them before starting if you take prescription medication of any kind — particularly blood thinners, alpha-blockers or 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors. And this product is not for anyone whose urinary symptoms have not been assessed by a doctor: prostate cancer, infections, bladder stones and neurological bladder problems can produce exactly these symptoms, and none of them respond to a botanical. Blood in the urine, pain, fever, or an inability to pass urine at all warrant medical attention today, not a supplement.*
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Ninety nights from the day your order arrives. Take it daily, count your nights, and if they have not changed, email support@aleaflabs.com with your order number. We refund the purchase price in full. There is no empty bottle to send back, no return postage, and it is not “unopened only” — keep whatever is left. We set it at ninety because ninety is the window we tell you it takes to know, and a thirty-day guarantee on a sixty-to-ninety-day product would be us protecting ourselves rather than you. You are not being asked to gamble on this. We are.
Will it help me stop waking up at night to go?
That is the number-one reason men take it, and night-time urination is one of the four symptoms named on this bottle’s Health Canada licence, when an enlarged prostate is the cause. The formula is built around clinical-strength saw palmetto at 200 mg (10:1), with phytosterol-bearing pygeum and pumpkin fruit alongside it. Results build with consistent daily use over weeks rather than days — which is the honest answer.*
Will it help me empty more completely?
Incomplete voiding and weak flow are two of the four symptoms named on the licence, and they are what the phytosterol-rich pumpkin fruit and pygeum in this formula are chosen for. By helping relieve the urologic symptoms an enlarged prostate causes, they help promote a fuller stream and more complete emptying — so you finish and walk away, instead of standing there wondering.*
What does “Health Canada licensed” actually mean?
It means this specific formula — these six ingredients, at these doses — was submitted to Health Canada, reviewed against the evidence, and issued a Natural Product Number: NPN 80087894. The licence also sets what the product is permitted to claim. Ours is permitted to name benign prostatic hyperplasia specifically, rather than fall back on a vague wellness phrase. Many prostate supplements sold in Canada carry no NPN at all.
What does “urologist-recommended” actually mean here?
Something specific, and less than that phrase usually implies — so here is the whole of it. Twelve urologists took part in a 26-week real-world program. Each transitioned 10 patients (120 total) who had not found relief on another brand onto Complete Prostate Health. Nine in ten chose to continue, citing symptomatic improvement. That is twelve doctors and one observational program: not a survey of the profession, not a nationwide endorsement, and not a randomized controlled trial. The claim we stand behind without qualification is the licensed one printed on the bottle.*
How do I take it, and when will I know?
Two capsules daily with food. Some men notice changes within a few weeks, but prostate botanicals work over time — we recommend a minimum of 60 to 90 days, and that figure is the reason the 90-night supply exists and the reason the guarantee runs ninety nights rather than thirty. Judging this at day 30 is judging it early, and we would rather say so than sell you a bottle you write off in week three.*
Is there anything extra for subscribing?
The free bonus bottle was a dated offer and has now ended. Subscriptions still save 15% on every shipment, and you can skip, pause or cancel anytime.
Should I still see my doctor about this?
Yes — and before you start, not instead of starting. This product is licensed to help relieve the urologic symptoms of BPH, and that is a boundary as much as a claim. It is not a substitute for medical care. Urinary changes should always be discussed with your doctor, who can rule out the other causes and keep an eye on your prostate health over time. The “What To Ask Your Urologist” guide that comes free with your order exists to make that appointment go better.

That is every objection we know of, answered.

If one of them was yours, the answer was the guarantee: you are not being asked to gamble on this. We are.

One last thing before you close this tab

You have read a long page. Let me put the whole of it into four sentences, because you have already given us more attention than most companies in this aisle deserve.

Six actives, every milligram printed on the label, no proprietary blend anywhere on the bottle. A Health Canada licence — NPN 80087894 — that permits this formula to name benign prostatic hyperplasia rather than hide behind “supports healthy prostate function.” A comparison against the biggest brand on the shelf that we published in full, including the trials that did not go our way. And ninety nights to find out, with the bottles yours to keep either way.

If you are a man over 45 who is serious about his sleep, his flow and his long-term prostate health — and who wants to be able to read what he is actually taking — this is exactly what this formula was built for. Not a miracle, not a shortcut, not a substitute for the doctor you should already be seeing. A properly dosed, properly licensed Canadian formula, taken twice a day, for long enough to know.

That last part is the only thing we are really asking of you. The supply and the guarantee are cut to exactly the same length, so there is nothing left for you to risk except the one thing you are already risking, which is another year of this.

* Licensed by Health Canada as a Natural Health Product, NPN 80087894, with the approved indication: helps relieve urologic symptoms of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (e.g. weak urine flow, incomplete voiding, frequent daytime and night-time urination). The 9-in-10 figure reflects a 26-week real-world observational program in which 12 urologists each transitioned 10 patients (120 total) who had not achieved symptomatic relief on another product onto Complete Prostate Health; 9 in 10 elected to continue, citing symptomatic improvement. This is an observational program involving 12 practitioners, not a randomized controlled trial and not a representative survey or endorsement of the urology profession; individual results vary. Customer reviews are individual experiences shared voluntarily and are not typical or guaranteed results; they are reproduced verbatim from reviews collected through Judge.me, and the aggregate rating and count shown on this page are read live from that review data. Ingredient study figures refer to published research on the individual ingredients and their standardized extracts, not the finished product, and are provided for educational purposes. I didn’t notice a difference right away. After using it consistently, nighttime interruptions seem less frequent. So far, I’m satisfied with the results.

K

I bought this because I was getting up several times during the night. I’m now usually only up once, which has made a noticeable difference in my sleep. I’ll be ordering again.

After several weeks, I feel more comfortable and less concerned about frequent urgency. The capsules are easy to take and gentle on my stomach.

S

Weak stream and always feeling like I didn't empty completely. Been taking this for 10 weeks. Stream is definitely stronger, that 'not empty' feeling is mostly gone. Only 4 stars cause the capsules are pretty big and hard to swallow. But it works so I'm not complaining too much.

been on this almost a year. Symptoms controlled - 1 bathroom trip at night max, good flow, no urgency. Take it every morning. Wish there was bulk pricing for regular customers but product is solid.

58, tried 2 other brands. One did nothing, one hurt my stomach. This one works, no side effects. Took 6-7 weeks but symptoms improved. More expensive but I guess that's quality. Will keep buying.

I go bathroom every hour and 4 times night. Take this supplement. First month nothing, I think waste money. But after 2 month start see change. Now 4 month later, only 2 times at night. Flow better. Give 4 star because very slow. But yes it work

54, active guy, gym 4x a week. Started having weak stream and that annoying feeling like I need to pee even after I just went. Been on this for 11 weeks. Flow is definitely stronger, urgency is way down. Not 100% perfect but way better than before. Only complaint is the capsules are kinda big. Otherwise solid product.

Quick update after 10 weeks:

Nighttime trips: 4 → 1

Flow strength: Much better

Urgency during day: 70% improved

Side effects: None

Would I buy again? Yes

I'm 51, work in construction, and these symptoms were affecting my job. Couldn't focus, always looking for a bathroom. This supplement actually delivered. Took about 8 weeks to feel the full effect but totally worth it.

I'm 54 and this is the first prostate supplement that actually worked for me. Took about 6 weeks to feel the difference but my urgency is way down and I'm not running to the bathroom every hour. Worth the price.

63 years old, tried cheaper saw palmetto from the drugstore with zero effect. Switched to Complete Prostate Health and within 6–7 weeks noticed less nighttime waking and better flow. It's more expensive but you get what you pay for. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the bottle only lasts a month and I wish there was a bulk discount. Otherwise, solid product that delivers on its promises.

David L.

I'm 61 with mild BPH symptoms. This isn't a miracle cure, but it's helped. My nighttime trips went from 2–3 down to 1 most nights. Daytime urgency is better but not gone. I like that it's a clean formula without a ton of fillers. Took about 7 weeks before I felt a real difference. 4 stars because it's pricey compared to saw palmetto alone, but the combination of ingredients seems to work better. Would buy again.

Straight 5 stars, highly recommend!

I've been dealing with prostate hassles for years—constant bathroom runs, especially at night, and weak flow. Complete Prostate Health changed that after about 6 weeks.

No more 3-4 wake-ups; I sleep through now with a strong, steady stream and zero urgency. Easy capsules, no side effects, and packed with stuff that actually work.

If you're over 50 with BPH symptoms, this is a game-changer. Straight 5 stars, highly recommend!

I can’t say it did much for me

Tried this because I wanted a more natural approach before adding another prescription, but after one full bottle I can’t say it did much for me. Maybe there is a very mild improvement in flow, but I’m still up several times a night and it’s not the kind of difference that justifies the cost in my case. No side effects, which is a plus, and I know supplements can take longer and don’t work for everyone, but I was hoping for more based on the marketing. Leaving 2–3 stars because it might work better for others, it just hasn’t moved the needle enough for me personally

J
Jim W.
Noticeable difference, but it wasn’t overnight.

My doctor started me on Complete Prostate Health, I've been taking it for just over two months and there is a noticeable difference, but it wasn’t overnight. I still get up once at night, but it’s down from three or four times, and the stream feels stronger and less stop start. I like that it combines several evidence‑backed ingredients instead of just saw palmetto alone, and I haven’t had any stomach upset or dizziness like I did with a prescription option. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is that it took a few weeks before I felt anything and it’s not a total fix, but it’s good enough that I ordered another bottle.

The change has been incredible

I’m writing this as a very grateful daughter.

I honestly couldn’t recommend this more.

T
Tom S.
Unfortunately didn’t live up to the hype

I really wanted this to work after reading all the positive reviews, but after finishing a full three-month bottle, I noticed zero improvement. My frequency and urgency issues are exactly the same as when I started, which is incredibly disappointing. On top of that, I found the capsules to be quite large and unpleasant to swallow every day. For the price, I expected at least some minor change, but unfortunately, this was a complete waste of money for me. I won't be buying it again.

J
Jeff D.
Useless garbage

Complete garbage. Doesn’t do anything better off eating sugar at least that tastes better. Save your time and money.

Took a while to work.

It took a good couple of months to really kick in, but my nighttime trips to the bathroom have definitely decreased. The pills are a bit large, but the results are worth it for me.

R
Randy S.
Not a game changer

I've used this for three months. I noticed a slight improvement in my nighttime trips to the bathroom, going from twice a night to usually once. For that, it gets three stars.

However, I was hoping for a more dramatic difference. The frequent urgency during the day hasn't really changed for me. It's fine, but not the major relief I was looking for. Might work better for someone with milder symptoms.

P
Petar E.
Improved everything

Its not just one thing. This has improved everything, urinary frequency, flow, and that general pressure feeling is gone.

N

Urinary relief finally

Life-changing relief. The frequent nighttime trips to the bathroom have drastically reduced, allowing for uninterrupted sleep. I feel like I have control back during the day, too. 4 stars because of price.

V

Rapid results

Shocked by how fast it worked. Within a couple of weeks, I noticed a significant difference in urinary flow and comfort. This is the most effective supplement I've ever tried for this issue.

R

Noticeable difference in a few weeks.

Like many guys my age, I was getting up multiple times a night. I've been taking this for about a month now, and the improvement is real. I'm sleeping through the night more often and feel less urgency during the day. It's simple, it works, and I'm sticking with it.

N
Neil R.
Subtle at first, but now a must-have

I didn't notice anything dramatic in the first week, but after a month of consistent use, I realized I wasn't thinking about my prostate discomfort anymore. It just quietly does its job. Reliable and effective.

M
Max L.
Mild dissapointment

I can’t say this is a miracle, but I’ve noticed a small improvement. I don’t feel the same urgency during the day, though I’m still waking up at night. I’ll probably try one more bottle to see if results get better.

A
Alex P.
Didn't do much

I really wanted this to work, but after finishing the whole bottle I didn’t notice much difference. I’m still waking up several times at night, and the urgency is about the same. Maybe it works for some people, but it just didn’t do much for me. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is that it didn’t cause any side effects.
